“I had an amazing experience visiting Machu Picchu. The transportation throughout the entire trip was excellent. The bus to the train station was clean and comfortable, and once we arrived, boarding the train was smooth. The train itself was spotless and made the ride really enjoyable. When we reached Machu Picchu, our tour guide was already waiting for us. Her name is Lucy, and she stayed with us the whole time. Lucy was incredible—knowledgeable, friendly, and very patient. She explained everything in great detail and made the whole visit feel more meaningful. We also took plenty of photos, and she always waited for us without rushing, which made the experience…”

“Wilson was an exceptional guide. He was incredibly knowledable, and his English was perfect. He took his time to answer all of our questions. He was very friendly, kind, supportive, and patient. He took goodcare of myself and my friend. He allowed us extra time to get to the top of Tambomachay. We are both in our 70's, so we had to take it slow. Many tours rush people, so we appreciated not being pressured to hurry. The driver was also great. I never felt nervous about safety.”

“We had a FANTASTIC day! Our guide, William, did make sure that our experience of Machu Picchu was fabulous. He was very knowledgeable, professional and it really felt he liked his job. We will forever be thankful to William for this lifetime experience. The entire day was very well organized. It is a long ride from Cusco to the train station and then almost two hours to the village connecting the railway to Machu Picchu. But the train ride is very beautiful and when in the village you’ll have a very good three course lunch before the guiding of the Machu Picchu. We are very satisfied with this activity.”
